Soft plastics

Using soft plastics is a very simple way to fish. They are effective in any fishing situation. Whether it is rocky, sandy, or weedy structure, plastics can be used to catch fish. They can be rigged weed less, or exposed on a single hook or even on many different styles of jig heads.

Braided line is recommended when pitching plastics into heavy weeds. This type of line will cut through the weeds enabling you to land the fish. When using soft plastics always remember that you the angler has to imply all of its movements. Companies offer every colour imaginable with many different body imitations. Match to the forage available and experiment with dark and bright colours.
