- Birch Point Resort
- Reel memories that last! Located less than 100km west of Thunder Bay on Kashabowie Lake. Great fishing for walleye, smallmouth, northern pike and lake trout on our 17 mile long lake. We have 8 clean cabins to choose from which are all fully equipped. Small store on site. Boat and motor rentals available.
- Flemings Fishing Lodge
- All lakes surrounding our camp are totally uninhabited with great fishing. These lakes are feeder lakes for Lake Nipigon with two lakes, Upper Roslyn and Georgia, being fish sanctuaries and the water is connected to the feeder system. All of the lakes connect and the water runs out of the Sturgeon River at the north end of Gathering Lake where our camp is situated.
- Missinaibi Outfitters
- For you fishing enthusiasts, we have both Housekeeping and American Plan fishing packages available at our main base on Shallow Lake.
We encourage everyone to release the larger fish and eat some of the smaller fish they catch. Nothing beats fresh caught fish!
American Plan fishing packages include accommodations, boats, motors, personal guiding to my favourite World-Class Fishing Holes on the Missinaibi River, and meals prepared by chef Denyse.
- Northern Woodls Lodge
- Abundant Walleyes, monster trophy Northern Pike, lunker Lake Trout and beautiful wild Brook Trout are the dreams that come true at Northern Woods Lodge. Walleyes in Long Lake are big and plentiful with guests catching-&-releasing way more then their limit. Northern Pike reach 20+ pounds but common in many good eating sizes. Lake Trout are also plentiful and common in the 2 to 6 pound range but get much bigger. This area’s claim-to-fame is the extraordinary Brook Trout (Speckled Trout) fishing.
- Thunderbird Resort
- The cold, clear waters of Lac Des Milles Lacs provide some of the best walleye and northern fishing available. Our cabins are modern housekeeping with bed linens provided. All the comforts of home are included to make your stay a relaxing one.
- Wild Goose Lake Resort
- We have 12 housekeeping cottages, RV camping as well as tenting sites. Wild Goose Lake is approximately 14 miles long with clear, clean waters which give up many good walleye, northern pike, perch, and whitefish each year. You’ll enjoy the quiet, peaceful fishing with little competition for the better fishing spots. There are numerous other remote lakes I the area for additional fishing adventures. Many of these lakes are only a short distance away and easy to get to.
