- When you arrive you will find 8 well appointed, pine decorated cottages encircling a quiet bay Island Lake (Thistle Lake), part of the Temagami Waterway System. Relax at the water's edge and view the sunsets from your porch. From mid May to mid October, our guests enjoy some of the finest fishing and hunting Northern Ontario can offer. A wide variety of fish are available. Walleye, Northern Pike, Smallmouth Bass, Whitefish and Perch.

- Pozniaks Lodge
- Pozniak’s is one of the oldest hunting and fishing resorts in Northern Ontario. Our cottages are located on the beautiful Marten River, which provides good fishing, and excellent canoeing. To reach our boat docks, follow 6 km of private woodland road to Red Cedar lake. Fishing is good and Red Cedar Lake is noted for it’s pickerel (walleye), and northern pike fishing, although it also produces fairly good catches of small mouth bass and perch.
- Red Cedar Lake Camp
- Our lodges and cottages are situated around the very quiet and peaceful Loon Bay and are great for a fishing vacation. We have total access to the lake which is 18 miles in length, with a perimeter of 82.6 miles and a surface area of 5984 acres. There are two major river systems flowing into the lake. Our housekeeping consist of one, two or three bedrooms. We can accommodate up to a party of 10 people or as few as just one person in our one-bedroom unit.

- A corner in Near North Paradise! Housekeeping cottages on Red Cedar Lake and the Temagami River. Beautiful sunsets, breathtaking stars and pristine wilderness out your front door. Boat and motor rentals as well as canoes. Fish for walleye, pike, smallmouth bass and perch. Fall black bear hunt.
